To play this, you need a Light Neopet and must shout "Boo!" as loud as you can. Move 1 Neopet or Hero with the lowest stat in an arena of your choice to a different arena. Then do the same for each other arena (one at a time.)
When you wake up, the nightmares are supposed to go away.
