report here (or download here in place of a normal card play;
player draws no cards that turn). Once each turn, if a freighter,
transport or [Fer] ship's crew member completes a "cargo
run" (brings a non-weapon Equipment card here from another
facility), for each mission passed (except starting and ending
locations) owner may draw a card or download a Gold-Pressed
Latinum here. (Once per game per Equipment card title.)
