Title - Holoprogram: The Fortress of Doom

Seeds or plays on your ship with a Holodeck. Once each turn, In place of your normal card play, you may download Chaotica (or any card with his name in lore) aboard. While Chaotica is aboard (and Captain Proton is not at same location), opponent may not must discard two cards to attempt mission at this location unless they have a [Holo] personnel participating in the attempt.

Errata - Nerf. (1) Changed to normal card play. (2) Gives you a chance to attempt mission anyway at a cost.

Note - I don't think the name was supposed to be changed - trying to link 'Holoprogram: Fortress of Doom' doesn't work, but that's what the name is currently saying... weird.
