Effect:
Search your Deck for 1 "Ninja Toad" Ninja card, reveal it, and move it into the user's Team in any position. Then, Shuffle your Deck. At the end of the turn, if the user did not have an Entrance cost of 4 or more, move that "Ninja Toad" Ninja to your hand.
