Para-Normal Summons!

"Blackwing - Kochi the Daybreak" is a Level 4 Tuner, but you can't use it for a Synchro Monster if it was Special Summoned. Instead of Special Summoning it, use cards like "Double Summon" that let you Normal Summon extra monsters. After you Normal Summon 2 monsters in the same turn, you'll be able to Synchro Summon using Kochi. And if you also had "Black Whirlwind" you even added two more Blackwings to your hand!
