in the picture..the cards said "[ACT](RC):[Counter Blast (1) & Put this unit into your soul] If you have a «Nubatama» vanguard, and if the number of cards in your opponent's hand is three or less, you may pay the cost. If you do, choose a card at random from your opponent's hand, bind it face down, and at the end of that turn, your opponent puts that card into his or her hand." which is different from what it is being said about the card..this card is very confusing.

This card picture skill is wrong the card is supposed to say "number of cards in your opponent's hand is three or more" only the card sample has the correct skill written on it I submitted edits on it too.
