The main plan was to analyze the Ultimates' strengths and weaknesses and how to effectively deal with them, then transmit the data to each region. Now plans have shifted to mass producing mechanized soldiers in the Diamond Region capable of challenging the Ultimates and deploying them across the world. The six of us were charged with gathering that precious information.
