Text for what inspired does is missing for its description. Inspired let's you, at the start of your main phase, to look at the first card of your opponents deck. You can then put that card either on the top or bottom of their deck. Various requirements to play this card are also missing. Three action points, and three white are needed to play while this card provides two white power.
