A Purgatory is a personal Hell formed by a Pawn during its life, and where it goes when it dies. All Pawns from your Mystic Cross who are killed are attached to Purgatory instead of discarded. An attached Pawn provides you with the Suit indicated on its card while the Purgatory is face-up. If Purgatory ia Turned face-down, all attached Pawns are discarded. If in the same Mystic Cross as INFERNO and/or MORGUE, you choose where dead Pawns go.
