EFFECT: Both players look at the top 3 cards of their deck and divide them into 2 face-down piles containing at least 1 card each. Both players choose one of their opponent's piles. Reveal the chosen piles. If one pile has a higher total numeric cost than the other, the owner of that pile may put one of the cards from it into their hand. Shuffle the remaining cards into their owner's deck.
