Anyone know why the English version of this card is functionally the same, but has different art and a different card name (both English and Japanese)?

Weiss Schwarz English decided to change some cards for Nisekoi Ver. E and that means they can change the card art. Fairy Tail also had some art changed and on the contrary Persona 4 Ver. E had no change.
