1- Each Rokugani player may Cycle once more per game, even if it is not Turn 1.
5- Rokugani players may refill their Provinces from their discard pile, face-down.
9- Ignore Tiers 1 and 2. After revealing cards at the start of the turn, each Rokugani player discards all his or her face-up Personalities, refilling their Provinces face-up.
