- May only be used in a Psycanti deck.
- The total strength points of all Psycanti in the fleet are tallied. Apply the total as card damage to one opponent fleet.
- Damage must be spread as evenly as possible among all the ships, bases and psys in that fleet.
- Placed at the bottom of the discard pile after use.
