- Played on a terrain card.
- Each turn during the Allocation Phase one card is drawn from the deck and exposed.
- If it is a ship, base, dragon, crew, psy or equipment card it is immediately placed anywhere on the terrain stack as long as that would be a legal card play.
- All other cards are placed back on the deck.
- Discarded when the terrain card is.
