Can I get a ruling on this card; will using this card let you monsters with double attack attack twice?

The reminder text solves this problem
[Double Attack] (Once per turn, this card may [Stand] after it attacks.
So you get a total of 3 attacks
First attack (1st)
stand using Double Attack to attack a second time (2nd)
then use this card to stand your Double attack monster (along with all your other chaos)
and attack again (third time)

It does NOT reset the entire turn, so it does NOT reset once per turn restrictions
