While you have 3 or more other Rilasciare Crew on board this Captain has the following ability: Act: Target a non-Captain Crew on a Ship with more Crew on board than your Ship. Tack one of your Rilasciare Crew and discard the top card of your deck. If that card is a Crew with an Influence cost greater than target Crew, the target Crew is sunk or the Crew revealed enters play on your Ship, ignoring any and all restrictions, including Crew Maximum (the choice is made by the target Crew's controller).
