Order:
Spend the Rod to roll a die.
1-3: Nearby grass grows quickly (no effect).
4-7: Stun a character up to two ranks away.
8-12: Perform a +8 ranged strike.
13-19: +4 ATK, +5 AC until end of the turn.
20: A target character up to three ranks away must succeed with a magic save (DC 16) or suffer two wounds.
