Isengard being his home site can be rough for sure, being that it's a Ruins & Lair making creatures very playable there. Being in the Gap of Rohan will make one fear the cave-worm when moving Saruman. Players tend to like to keep him sitting at Isengard with a cheap support character for corruption support. His tap to use a palantir works well for him especially the "Palantir of Orhanc" that lets a player recycle a card back into play deck. His ability to tap to recycle spell cards is his staple move in that they help to cover corruption and combat for him while sitting at Isengard. Remember the wizard spell cards are probably the best ones to think of while doing this feature. A friend or three, First of the Order are also good ones to ponder about with this capability. Overall a good wizard to play be careful with his movement around Isengard or simply play him at Rivendell.
