To play this, you need a Fire Neopet. When this Villain loses a contest, untap all of its rivals. Before each player's turn, if he or she has a Fire Neopet in the same arena as this Villain, he or she may move this Villain to another arena that doesn't already have a Villain in it.
There's one little shred of light inside him, fighting against all the darkness, and it may just win.
