To play this, tap one of your Fire Neopets. Choose a card in your opponent's bank and put it in the center of the table. Hold this card face up at least one foot above the table and drop it. If it lands face down touching your opponent's card, discard that card. Otherwise, your opponent puts it back into his or her bank.
