To play this in a contest, you need a Water Neopet. When you play this in a contest, you may choose an Equipment attached to a rival. If you do, take control of it and attach it to one of your Neopets or Heroes in the contest. At the end of the contest, discard the Equpment.
It loses its stickiness after a while, but it's still a lot of fun!
