Rule - Place on ship. Randomly select one crew member to
be disabled. If CUNNING>30 or an android remains in crew,
discard cured dilemma. Crew is not “stopped” and must
continue to next dilemma. Start of each of your turns,
randomly select another crew member to be disabled.
Discard dilemma when cured with non-disabled CUNNING >30
OR an android aboard.
